Why Did We Create A Skilled Trades School?
We are dedicated to filling the gap in the skilled labor market. The skilled trades are facing a critical shortage of new talent. Careers in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work are the backbone of our nation, keeping everything running smoothly. Our experience as both trades business owners and working with employers across the country has shown just how challenging it is to find and retain skilled professionals.
Currently, over 1.4 million skilled trade positions are open and unfilled, with demand only expected to rise. As baby boomers retire, the gap in the skilled workforce continues to grow.
